** We will NOT have Bible Study his coming Wednesday night, August, 4th, but will resume the following Wed night.
** The Session will be meeting Tuesday night, August 17th at 6:00 pm. All active members are asked to attend.
** The Unity Circle will meet Tuesday night, August 10th at 6:30pm in the Fellowship Hall of the church.
** We hope that you can all be a part of our new Wednesday night Bible Study, based on the "Basic Christian Truths". We are approaching each foundational Christian truth with an eye toward seeing how it applies to our everyday life of living for Jesus. We'll dig into the scriptures, include plenty of discussion, and use other relevant materials as needed. Bring your Bible and a friend and be a part of this study.
** Our next Fellowship Meal will be September 12th, at Nathan Bedford State Park. This is our traditional "Picnic in the Park". Those in charge are: Peter and Carol Treilobs, June Cox, Bill and Nancy Arnold, Pat Troutt, Jack and Diana Petz, and Anna Petz. We will be using the first pivallion as you enter the park. The church will be providing the barbecue. You are asked to help bring the side items, drinks, and dessert.

** Please don't forget about our Fellowship Brunch every Sunday morning at 9:30 am. We will be serving coffee, juice, donuts, sausage and biscuits, etc. On special occasions a regular breakfast will be served. Don't miss out on the good food, as you get to know the other members of the church. Come and then stay for Sunday School and Worship Service.
** The Choir has taken in traditional "summer vacation". Practice will resume later in early fall. Please see Leonora Hardy if you have any questions or would like to be a part of our choir.
** Anytime you have an announcement, card of thanks, or anything you would like published in our newsletter or on our website, please contact the church office. Please submit anything you would like published no later than the second week of each month.
** We are continuing to play a game on Sunday mornings, called "Guess Who That Is". Bring an old picture of someone when they were a child, before they were married, a time when we would not really know them. We will put it on the screen on Sunday morning and have fun trying to guess who it is. At the end of the worship service the answer will be shown on the last slide. (The picture must be brought or emailed to the church no later than the Friday before the worship service. Give someone a special day and let's have some fun!

** We need your help in keeping our church clean. The church desperately needs volunteers to clean. We have recently renovated our Educational Department and part of our Sanctuary. We need to keep it neat and clean. There is a list of things that needs to be done each week on the bulletin board beside the pastor's office.The only way we are able to do that is if someone takes the time to clean a few hours each week. If you have the time and energy and are available please contact the church office.
** The Food Pantry is now operating at the Benton County Ministerial Alliance located at 110 Armory Ave, in the City Park in Camden, TN, They are located in the building at the back where loading and unloading food is much easier. They are open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm (noon).
They are especially asking that our church donate the following food items: Peanut Butter, Jelly, and Crackers.
